Job Description

Work for one of the leading drone aerial companies in Phoenix! We are seeking a Business Development representative to become an integral part of our team. You will gauge sales opportunities and provide superior customer service to all clients. Flexible hours, work from home, and make your own schedule with endless income potential.​

Responsibilities:

  • Educate and sell FR Aerials services to new and existing clients

  • Reach agreed-upon sales targets by deadline

  • Close and follow-up on sales transactions

  • Investigate and resolve customer issues

  • Attend networking events

  • Develop & strengthen relationships with new and existing client base

  • Hit the ground running, making 25-30 cold calls a day

  • Responsible for reaching out to customers to collect payment & manage accounts

  • Maintain a substantial book of leads 

  • Setup appointments and meet with clients as needed

 

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years sales and customer service experience

  • Drone and airspace knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory (training provided)

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Detail-oriented

  • Ability to quickly build rapport with clients

  • Cold call experience required

  • Must have home office and high speed internet connection (we provide training, CRM database access, business cards, contracts and sales materials)

  • Must know the Phoenix market and live in Phoenix

 

Pay Structure:

  • Commission payouts as high as 30% with bonus opportunities

  • Possible Full Time salary opportunity for the right candidate after 6 month trial period

  • Potential $3,500-$10,000k+ a month

  • Bi-Weekly direct deposits

 

Job Type: Contract/Commission

 

Compensation: $3,500.00 to $10,000.00 /month
